This may be used in place of the official indemnification form if absolutely necessary. The bartenders should fill in information as regards the event, at the start of which the client should sign and date the form to indicate acceptance of our policies.

Bartender(s) from the Barnard Bartending Agency to provide
Party Help and/or Bartending services on
_________________. The Bartender(s) will prepare hors-d'oeuvres,
serve prepared food, check coats if requested, and agree(s)
to clean equipment that has been used during the party.
They are not responsible for cleaning toilets, windows,
or floors.
I
agree to comply to the following rates for each individual
bartender that I hire:

Hourly Rates:
· $20 per hour non-holiday standard rate
· $22 per hour for Passover Seder (first two nights),
Easter, the Fourth of July, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Halloween,
and any event in the month of December, except December
24th and 25th
· $27 per hour on Thanksgiving, Christmas (24th and
25th), and New Year's Day
· $30 per hour on New Year's Eve
· One-way cab fare per Bartender which returning
her to her Barnard College residence, which is located in the vicinity of 116th and Broadway.
If the event is outside of Manhattan, I understand that
I must pay for each Party Helper or Bartender's cab fare,
or will arrange or pay for an independent car service for
their return.
· Payment must be given for a minimum of three hours,
rounding off to the next half hour
· A Gratuity of 20% is recommended.
I
assume sole responsibility for compliance with all laws,
rules, and regulations concerning the provisions of food
and/or alcoholic beverages including but not limited to,
the legal drinking age and serving of alcoholic beverages
to intoxicated individuals. I will indemnify and hold harmless
Barnard College, its trustees, employees, students and agents
against any claim, cause of action, liability or damage
(including attorney's fees) for personal injury, including
death, or property damage arising from or related in any
way whatsoever to Bartending Services and/or Party Help
provided through the Barnard Bartending Agency or to the
serving of food and/or alcoholic beverages at the event.
